Do you offer in-person and virtual appointments?: We offer both in-person and virtual appointments. We use zoom for telehealth.
What will I expect on my first visit?: The first visit is an opportunity for you to meet your assigned therapist and determine if he/she is a good fit. We will complete a strengths assessment, discuss goals, and recommend possible approaches to therapy. We love meeting new people!
Are you accepting new patients?: We currently have a waitlist and the wait time for individual therapy depends on needs. Those who prefer a clinician who accepts insurance will likely have longer wait times, but we can accommodate private pay clients more quickly. After school sessions are most popular and take longer to secure. Group therapy generally does not have a waitlist.
